Julieann Worrall Hood

Multidisciplinary Artist

Julieann Worrall Hood is an award-winning artist who weaves nuanced narratives through sculpture, drawing, textiles, and soundscapes. Her work explores themes such as change, vulnerability, and motherhood by capturing fleeting moments and cycles in nature, often integrating words and synaesthetic sensory experiences.

She has held residencies at institutions including the V&A and has public sculptures across the UK and the USA, including commissions for Salisbury, The National Forest, and the Denver Museum of Childhood. Julieann's collaborations span environmental scientists, haute couture, performers, and poets, with projects at the Watermill Theatre, Newbury, and commissions for Conran, Chanel, and Coldplay’s world tours. Her art appears in public and private collections, as well as in Graham McLaren’s Creating Spaces (Wunderkammer Press, 2020).

Julieann's solo show runs 14-23 May 2026.
