Kate is a landscape artist living and working in Wiltshire. Painting predominantly in watercolour and gouache (body colour), she also uses media such as acrylics, acrylic inks and oils to make her work, depending on what she feels will best convey the characteristics of the subject.

Inspiration for Kate’s paintings invariably comes from the natural world, in all its infinite variation. The countryside and coast provide endless combinations of colour, pattern, shape and texture – beauty in the biggest sweeping vistas and the smallest seasonal changes.
