MADE is delighted to present JENNY TRUSSELL's exhibition WE ALL SHINE ON. An artist who has dedicated her painting journey to a series of themes that excite and fascinate her.

 

JENNY TRUSSELL

 

A ceramics graduate of the Central School of Art, Jenny had a rich career in teaching pottery, art and design before starting her painting career. On moving to an off-grid Lock Keeper's house on the Kennet and Avon Canal in Crofton, Jenny found endless inspiration.

 

WE ALL SHINE ON showcases Jenny's paintings of water reflections in The Striped Tiller series; carousels in The Carousel Gallopers series and her home grown florals in the Garden Fireworks series.

 

Jenny's home studio offers a window in the eclectic tastes, creative process and thematic interests of this Pewsey artist. We are excited to also give a glimpse of this in our first studio installation in the gallery.

 

An experienced collector with a love of music (WE ALL SHINE ON is from the eponymous John Lennon song), we invite you to come and see the books, curios and imagery which surround and inspire her to paint.
